Invisalign clear aligners must be worn for at least twenty hours every day for treatment to stay on schedule, and they must be removed during eating because they cannot withstand the pressures of chewing. While the general rule is that you should only remove them for meals and hygiene, it’s important to remain mindful of how long you are wearing them when you’re out on a date.
